WholyFit - Devotional Exercise: Multi-Level
The WholyFit system is one of the premier Christian alternatives to Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, providing all the proven health and fitness benefits of these kinds of exercises, yet from a completely Biblical Christian worldview. This workout will help you reshape your body, maintain a healthy weight level, build bone density and tone your muscles. WholyFit burns calories, trains your heart and lungs, and increases muscular strength and flexibility.
WholyFit features powerful physical exercises integrating worship, prayer, and Biblical meditation featuring Scripture memorization. This workout will increase your energy levels, tone your body head to toe, and renew your spirit through God’s Word.
WholyFit is mulit-level and self-paced, designed to be accessible to the beginner as well as challenging to the athlete. You can choose the duration and intensity level of your practice session. We recommend that beginners practice just a few exercises per session, gradually including more exercises as desired. The complete 45- minute workout is athletic. After a brisk warm-up (offered in three levels) you will be led through standing cycles followed by abdominal and flexibility work on the mat. To conclude, you will be guided through Biblical relation and stress management.
