At Deeper Revelation Books, one of our goals is to assist writers in developing their ideas into actual books. Sometimes that involves a deeper commitment on our part from the beginning of a project.

We call it Book Mentoring—teaching aspiring writers:

That is why we offer a DRB BOOK MENTORING PROGRAM—for a very reasonable fee. The initial charge starts at $399. A full estimate will be presented to the author, after an assessment of the materials has been made.

Transcription

PUBLISHING YOUR TRANSCRIBED BOOK IN TEN EASY STEPS:

Call us first to begin the process, then send us your recorded message with the non-refundable, initial submission fee of $30 on a USB drive or by emailing an MP3 or MP4 digital copy of the talk. Be sure to include the proposed title of your talk and your contact information (email, phone, mailing address, etc).
2. Let us know how long the recording is that you want transcribed and if any copyrighted materials were used in your talk. Describe the nature of the talk. Our transcription specialist will listen to a portion of it, estimate the approximate word count according to the total time and complexity of the project, then get back to you with the probable cost.
3. If you decide to go ahead with the project, 50% of the projected cost is due at that point.
4. Once you receive your completed transcript, make any necessary adjustments (corrections on punctuation, spelling or sentence structure).
5. After you and the transcriber finalize the document, submit it to the DRB acquisition team for assessment to enter the publishing phase.
6. If your book’s content is approved by the acquisition team, and you want to publish through DRB, we sign a contract together. One third of the publishing estimate is due at this point.
7. DRB will assign an editor to your completed transcript (a book mentor who will make editorial suggestions on how to shape your manuscript into its final form as a book).
8. After conferring with your book mentor, you will need to divide your manuscript into appropriate chapters, insert subtitles, develop a table of contents and compile a bibliography.
9. After you finish writing your book, it will be thoroughly edited.
10. Then your final manuscript will move up to the graphic layout stage.

When your book is translated, it will come back to you graphically laid out in InDesign and ready to print.
Your translated book can also be repackaged as an audiobook in any of the 225 languages offered.
Our affiliated translation company also provides overdubs and subtitles on video teachings.
Marketing and promotional items (post cards, rack cards, banners, etc.) can also be translated then sent to us for the printing stage.

Turn Your Personal Testimony into a
Mini-book

Maybe you’ve entertained the idea of writing your personal testimony for years, but writing and publishing a large, full-length book just seemed too time-consuming, too challenging, and too expensive. Well, we have an answer for you!

Publishing your salvation story just got simpler, more convenient, and more affordable than ever—in a format that will enable you to impact your family and your community. Ministry leaders especially need a mini-book like this to share Jesus with people in your community and help draw them to your church. Testimony mini-books are small enough that half a dozen can be carried in a coat pocket or purse and given out throughout the day.

All you have to do is write up your testimony in a Microsoft Word document. We suggest a minimum of 2,500 words and no more than 11,000 words (to qualify for the mini-book size). Our team will take it from there: editing, cover art, internal layout, everything you need.

Some DRB authors have placed short teachings on various subjects in this size as well.
